We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract fully-onsite in Clinton, Maine. This position involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment, where attention to detail and adaptability are crucial. The role requires onsite presence Monday through Friday, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive on organization and multitasking.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately input vehicle-related information, such as key status and identification details, into the system
Scan, organize, and upload legal documents and records into appropriate platforms, including Salesforce cases
Maintain accuracy and consistency while managing large volumes of data and files
Adapt to shifting priorities and assist in time-sensitive tasks as required
Utilize Microsoft Excel for sorting, filtering, and analyzing complex data sets
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and task management
Support inventory reporting and file organization to maintain a streamlined process
Participate in training sessions and familiarize yourself with company systems and procedures
Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality protocols
Assist supervisors with additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, filtering, and sorting data
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of files and documents
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and other office software tools
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity
Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Clinton, Maine
