Data Entry Clerk

• Accurately input customer order details, including shipping information, into internal systems
• Provide support to a team of outside sales representatives by entering orders and assisting with client communications
• Perform high-volume data entry tasks while maintaining precision and consistency
• Manage and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to track order information
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies in order processing
• Ensure all data entry tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards
• Assist with general administrative tasks to streamline operations and support the sales team

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of information accurately
• Excellent typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
• Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
• Familiarity with basic customer service practices is a plus
