Job Responsibility
Enter E-Verify case information accurately and complete case submissions within expected turnaround times
Manage a steady daily workload while maintaining consistent productivity across a high-volume queue
Review records carefully to confirm data accuracy and reduce entry errors before finalizing cases
Track open case statuses and complete follow-up actions needed to keep processing on schedule
Apply established E-Verify guidelines and documentation standards throughout each case
Organize work efficiently in a remote setting to meet service expectations with minimal supervision
Maintain dependable processing speed while balancing quality, accuracy, and timeliness
Communicate any case discrepancies or issues that may affect completion or compliance
Requirements
Previous hands-on experience working with E-Verify is required
Proven ability to perform accurate data entry in a high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data quality
Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fully remote role
Comfortable using computer-based systems for frequent record input and updates
Effective typing skills with the ability to process information efficiently
