Job Description:

We are currently seeking candidates with strong data entry skills for upcoming projects. An ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, alpha-numeric and/or 10 key by touch, as well as experience and proficiency in various software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, Donor Perfect, etc.

Job Responsibility:

Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
Establishes entry priorities
Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format

Requirements:

2-3+ years’ experience required
Alpha-numeric and/or 10 Key by touch Data Entry
Microsoft Excel
Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, Donor Perfect, or another database

Nice to have:

Advanced functions in Excel, such as V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, and Macros
