The position will focus on entering deposit and check information into QuickBooks and ensuring records are updated correctly throughout the two-week engagement.
Job Responsibility
Enter deposit and check details into QuickBooks with a high level of accuracy
Review financial entries for completeness and correct discrepancies when identified
Maintain organized electronic records to support efficient tracking and retrieval of information
Process numeric data quickly and carefully while following established data entry standards
Verify entered information against source documents to reduce errors and maintain data integrity
Support short-term administrative tasks related to financial record updates as needed
Requirements
Experience performing data entry in an office environment with strong attention to detail
Strong numeric data entry skills with close attention to detail
Proficiency using QuickBooks for financial or accounting-related entries
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy
Comfortable using computer-based systems and standard office software
Reliable availability to work a 40-hour schedule for a 2-week contract assignment
