We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Stockton, California. This is a long-term contract position ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient data management processes.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately enter numeric and alphanumeric data into digital systems
Assist with scanning and digitizing paper invoices into electronic formats
Verify and cross-check data for completeness and accuracy
Maintain organized records of completed work and ensure confidentiality
Collaborate with other team members to streamline data entry processes
Perform regular quality checks to identify and correct errors
Follow established procedures and guidelines for data management

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role
Proficiency in typing and numeric data entry
