Data Entry Clerk

• Input and manage data across multiple screens and systems with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform data entry tasks for the Medical Billing Department, ensuring all information is correctly captured
• Support billing operations by entering and updating records in an organized manner
• Collaborate with team members to address questions and follow directions effectively
• Assist with in-house billing processes, adapting to changes in software systems as needed
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet training and operational needs
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Provide reliable support during staff absences to ensure continued workflow

• Proven experience in data entry, with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in working with computer systems and multiple screens simultaneously
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Familiarity with medical billing processes is preferred
• Excellent communication skills to follow instructions and ask relevant questions
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including early hours for training
• Capability to adapt to changing systems and procedures
