We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a short-term contract basis. This role involves organizing and recording procurement and contracting information in an Excel database. Job Responsibility:
Organize physical files and ensure all relevant data is captured accurately
Input procurement and contracting details into Excel spreadsheets while maintaining high levels of precision
Verify and cross-check data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain a consistent workflow to meet project deadlines within the estimated timeframe
Collaborate with team members to clarify data inconsistencies or missing information
Utilize computer systems effectively to perform data entry tasks
Follow established procedures and guidelines for handling sensitive information
Report progress regularly to the project lead or supervisor
Ensure all files are cataloged in accordance with organizational standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
