We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering and updating data in our systems accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibility:
Enter data accurately and efficiently into databases and spreadsheets
Update and maintain records and files as needed
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Review and correct errors in data entry as necessary
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Knowledge of data entry procedures and basic office equipment
