We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a long-term contract assignment in Flower Mound, Texas. In this fully onsite role, you will support the organization of high-volume legal documentation by accurately reviewing, entering, and updating information within Salesforce. This position is ideal for someone who works carefully with structured processes, manages repetitive tasks efficiently, and maintains strong accuracy across a large file workload.
Job Responsibility
Transfer legal documents from shared drive storage into Salesforce while ensuring each file is linked to the correct case or record
Review and update associated Salesforce entries so document details remain complete, accurate, and easy to locate
Follow a multi-step workflow consistently, including precise document naming standards and record-matching procedures
Process a large batch of approximately 2,000 files within established project timelines and quality expectations
Verify information before and after entry to reduce errors and maintain documentation integrity
Manage file handling tasks at a steady pace, typically completing each record within the expected processing window
Collaborate with onsite team members to maintain progress, resolve discrepancies, and support successful project completion
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in data entry or document processing roles
Proven ability to enter and review numeric and text-based information with a high degree of accuracy
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or a similar record management platform
Strong typing and computer data entry skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete structured, step-by-step processes consistently
Excellent attention to detail when matching documents to the appropriate records
Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in a fully onsite setting
