We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Milford, Massachusetts. This role involves accurately managing and transferring data across systems while adhering to deadlines in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills and thrive in both collaborative and independent work settings.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases
Utilize advanced Excel functions to organize, analyze, and transfer data
Ensure seamless migration of information between different software platforms
Maintain data integrity and verify the accuracy of entries
Collaborate with team members to address data-related challenges and improve processes
Follow established protocols and procedures to meet project deadlines
Perform regular checks to identify and resolve discrepancies in data
Work independently to manage assigned tasks efficiently while meeting quality standards
Provide support in generating reports based on entered data as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry with a strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong typing skills and familiarity with numeric data entry
Experience transferring data between software systems
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with both in-office and remote days
