We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support HR operations for an entertainment firm in Century City. This long-term contract opportunity focuses on maintaining accurate employee information in Workday and handling high-volume data updates with discretion and precision. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working with confidential records in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
Job Responsibility:
Process a steady volume of HR-related updates in Workday, including employee status changes, off-cycle hires, reporting line adjustments, leave entries, and department coding revisions
Enter information manually into internal systems when automated workflows are not available, ensuring all records are complete and accurate
Upload and record mid-year review details for designated employee groups by transferring information into Workday with a high level of consistency
Review submitted entries for accuracy and perform data validation checks to identify and correct discrepancies
Safeguard sensitive employee information by following confidentiality standards and handling records with care
Partner with HR team members and managers to clarify transaction details and maintain timely processing of updates
Support additional administrative data tasks as business needs evolve during the assignments
Requirements:
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role involving high-volume record processing
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working with repetitive tasks
Comfort handling confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially for data review and document handling
Ability to type efficiently and manage multiple updates within established deadlines
Experience with Workday is preferred, particularly in HR or payroll-related data entry, but not required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment
