We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently. This is a long term contract opportunity.
Job Responsibility
Enter and update data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Review source documents and correct errors as needed
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Generate basic reports and assist with data audits
Respond to information requests and retrieve records when needed
Work with team members to ensure timely processing of information
Follow company procedures for confidentiality and data security
Requirements
1+ years of data entry, administrative, or office support experience
Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
