We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Coconut Creek, Florida. Job Responsibility:
Accurately input and update data into designated systems with attention to detail
Handle cashier transactions and ensure proper recording of payments
Process utility billing information and address related customer inquiries
Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity in all entries
Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and resolve issues
Adhere to established processes and procedures for data management and financial transactions
Assist in preparing reports or summaries as required
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or residents
Monitor workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
Familiarity with utility billing processes or cashier duties is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
