• Input and maintain accurate sales data into the CRM and other relevant systems
• Verify and cross-check data entries to ensure consistency and precision
• Provide support for revenue operations by organizing and updating key data records
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth data flow and reporting
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards and adhere to data protection guidelines
• Prepare and manage reports based on entered data to assist in business decision-making
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries to maintain accuracy
• Utilize Excel and other tools to organize and analyze data effectively
• Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
• Support ongoing data entry projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations

• Proven experience in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales or revenue operations processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project timelines
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and reliability
