Our client, a respected nonprofit dedicated to serving the community, is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support their team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth operation of the organization’s critical programs.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately enter and update data into organizational databases, spreadsheets, and digital platforms
Review data for errors or missing information and make necessary corrections
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive organizational and client data
Assist with generating reports, performing data audits, and compiling information for program metrics
Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies
Support general administrative tasks and provide backup support as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative support role preferred
nonprofit experience a plus
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable working with databases
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to the mission and values of a nonprofit environment
