Job Responsibility:
Accurately input and maintain data in various systems and spreadsheets
Provide administrative support to the team by assisting with documentation and organizational tasks
Ensure data integrity by performing regular reviews and quality checks
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create, update, and manage data reports
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Adapt to evolving project needs and learn new tools or systems as required
Assist in compiling and organizing information for reports and presentations
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data
Respond to inquiries and provide support related to data entry and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
