We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis located in the Greater Pennsylvania Region. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of critical information. This Data Entry Clerk position requires strong organizational skills and experience with data entry tasks, particularly using Microsoft Excel.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately input data related to checks, refunds, and insurance claims into designated systems
Review and organize worksheet data to ensure completeness and accuracy before entry
Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and update records as needed
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information
Conduct routine checks to verify the accuracy of entered data
Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies or errors in data entry
Adhere to daily deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Follow established processes and guidelines for data entry
Provide support for additional administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry, with a focus on numeric and computer-based tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate-level skills
Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage and organize large volumes of data efficiently
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Familiarity with handling financial or insurance-related data is a plus
