Job Responsibility
Enter, update, and maintain records in digital systems with a strong focus on speed and accuracy
Review submitted information for completeness, correct errors, and verify data before finalizing entries
Organize electronic files and ensure documents are classified and stored in the proper locations
Conduct basic online and system-based research to locate missing details and resolve record discrepancies
Use Microsoft Office tools and internal databases to track information, prepare updates, and support administrative workflows
Follow established procedures for handling confidential information and maintaining data integrity
Participate in a skills-based evaluation process that demonstrates typing ability, accuracy, and comfort with routine records tasks
Requirements
Prior experience performing data entry, records processing, or other detail-focused administrative work
Strong typing skills with the ability to enter both text and numeric information accurately
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence navigating computer-based systems
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while meeting productivity expectations
Solid organizational skills and careful attention to detail when managing repetitive tasks
Experience conducting basic computer research to verify or complete information
