Data Entry Clerk

• Accurately input data into systems and databases while maintaining a high level of precision
• Manage and organize the filing of forms related to the entity name change process
• Reach out to customers to obtain exemption certificates and follow up as necessary
• Verify, review, and correct data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data effectively
• Implement Sage Accounting Software for specific tasks related to data management
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and resolve any data discrepancies
• Generate reports and summaries based on collected data for internal use
• Support additional administrative tasks as required during the contract period

• Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data management tools
• Knowledge of Sage Accounting Software is preferred
• Excellent typing skills and ability to achieve high accuracy rates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Availability to commit to a 2-3 month contract position
