Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our client on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. If you have excellent typing skills and a keen eye for detail, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately input and update data into designated systems and databases
Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy before entry
Maintain organized records of completed work and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data
Perform routine checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the data
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Utilize numeric and alphanumeric typing skills efficiently to meet productivity goals
Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards
Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any data-related issues

Requirements:

Proven experience in data entry roles with a strong track record of accuracy
Proficiency in numeric and alphanumeric typing with high speed and precision
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in information
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment
Ability to adapt to changes in workflows or systems as required
