Our client in Willimantic, Connecticut is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working with large volumes of information in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Enter and update data in company systems with a high level of accuracy
Review documents and records for completeness and correct any discrepancies
Maintain organized digital and paper files as needed
Verify information and perform quality checks on entered data
Assist with administrative support tasks related to records management
Communicate with internal team members regarding missing or incomplete information
Meet productivity and accuracy expectations
Requirements:
Previous data entry, administrative, or office support experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
Ability to type efficiently and accurately
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
High school diploma or equivalent required
