Job Responsibility
Enter large volumes of financial and operational information into company systems with a high level of accuracy
Review records for completeness, correct discrepancies, and verify entries before final submission
Assist with accounts payable tasks such as entering invoices and preparing payment-related documentation
Support vendor payment activities, including check processing and coordination of electronic payment requests
Reconcile account details and help maintain accurate ledger-related records
Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel to update, track, and organize accounting data
Contribute to weekly payment cycles by preparing data and confirming supporting information is accurate
Maintain well-organized documentation to support audit readiness and day-to-day accounting activities
Requirements
Experience in high-volume data entry within an accounting, finance, or administrative environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies
Working knowledge of accounts payable processes, including invoice entry and payment support
Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Excel
Fast and accurate typing skills with confidence handling numeric data entry
Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Strong organizational skills and a dependable approach to meeting deadlines
