• Review insurance-related business records and enter structured information into spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
• Compare details across internal platforms and documents to classify records according to defined data standards
• Assign categories for items such as business type, coverage details, quote progress, pricing outcomes, and deal status
• Document unclear or incomplete cases with concise notes and escalate them for review rather than making unsupported assumptions
• Maintain steady daily output while preserving data quality and adherence to project guidelines
• Apply updates to the labeling framework as processes evolve during the assignment
• Track supporting details including submitted documentation, service-related complexity, and revenue-related data points when required
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to ensure consistent interpretation of data rules across the project

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets in a fast-paced work environment
• Clear written English and ability to record notes in a concise, organized manner
• Ability to follow structured instructions and apply standardized labeling rules consistently
• Reliable work habits with strong organization and time management skills
• Comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven tasks for extended periods
• Willingness to ask questions and flag uncertain records when clarification is needed
