Job Responsibility:
Accurately input data from multiple sources into computer databases, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Process customer orders and record them in the tracking system promptly
Perform title research and verify information before entering it into the system
Maintain organized records and documentation for easy retrieval and reference
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies
Follow established procedures and guidelines to meet data entry standards
Assist with administrative tasks related to data entry and order management
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Utilize Word and other tools to create and update documents as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with computer systems
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
