A manufacturing company in El Cajon is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support their team with back-end administrative tasks. This is a temporary assignment focused primarily on entering purchase order information into the company’s ERP system and assisting the sales team with administrative support.
Job Responsibility:
Receive purchase orders via email in PDF format
Accurately enter purchase order information into the company’s ERP system (EPDS)
Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to detail
Provide administrative support to the sales representative
Assist with backend order processing and documentation
Potentially assist with generating quotes as needed
Requirements:
Strong data entry and computer skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable and dependable with good time management
Comfortable working with PDFs and ERP systems
Prior experience with ERP systems preferred (EPDS a plus)
