Data Entry Clerk

• Input customer orders, product information, and transactional data into both internal systems and external platforms with precision
• Extract and compile data from various sources to support compliance reporting and operational needs
• Manage submissions and ensure accuracy on regulatory portals to meet state, federal, and international requirements
• Monitor the quality of data entries, address discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date records
• Collaborate with teams across compliance, supply chain, and customer service to facilitate timely data submissions
• Organize and maintain documentation related to certifications, regulatory filings, and extended producer responsibility programs
• Generate regular reports and provide updates on data entry status, portal submissions, and compliance deadlines
• Assist in audits and regulatory inquiries by supplying accurate documentation and records

• Proven experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Strong proficiency in numeric and alphanumeric typing
• Familiarity with compliance portals and reporting systems
• Ability to manage multiple systems and prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Solid computer skills, including experience with data management software
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance procedures is a plus
