We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Forest Hills, New York. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with both physical and electronic records. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate data and supporting the nonprofit's operational needs.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately input and update data into the organization's electronic health record (EHR) system, AdvancedMD
Organize and digitize physical files to ensure seamless record management
Conduct regular audits to verify the integrity and accuracy of stored information
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times
Provide assistance in generating reports and summaries based on collected data
Identify and resolve errors or discrepancies in records promptly
Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall team productivity
Uphold organizational standards and comply with data management protocols
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role
Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, preferably AdvancedMD
Strong computer operation skills and familiarity with data entry software
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable working with both physical and digital files
Personable and able to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
