• Verify the integrity and completeness of entered data to maintain high-quality records
• Collaborate with the accounts payable team to support daily operations and meet deadlines

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries to ensure consistency

• Proven experience in data entry roles or similar positions
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry software
• Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and precision
• Ability to identify and resolve errors in data entry processes
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
• Familiarity with accounts payable operations is a plus
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
