Job Responsibility:
Scan and digitize documents with precision and attention to detail
Organize files and prepare boxes for efficient record management

Ensure all data is entered in compliance with organizational standards
Support the team by managing filing systems and documentation
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Collaborate with colleagues to streamline data management processes
Identify inconsistencies in data and perform corrections as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in data entry and typing with a high level of accuracy
Familiarity with numeric and computer-based data entry systems
Ability to organize and handle large volumes of documentation
