Job Responsibility:
Enter and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and records systems
review data for completeness and accuracy, correcting errors as needed
perform regular audits of data to ensure quality and consistency
handle confidential information with discretion
generate reports and assist with basic analysis
support other administrative tasks as requested
maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
additional training is an asset
prior experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical roles preferred
proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
strong attention to detail and accuracy
ability to work independently and as part of a team
reliable, disciplined, and adaptable
