Our client in Willimantic, Connecticut is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support their team with accurate and timely entry of important business information. Job Responsibility
Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems with a high level of accuracy
Review source documents for completeness and identify discrepancies
Verify and correct data as needed
Maintain organized electronic and paper records
Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity
Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative support tasks
Communicate with internal team members to resolve missing or unclear information
Meet daily and weekly productivity goals
Requirements
1+ years of data entry, administrative, or office support experience
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
