Data Entry Clerk

• Accurately input and update information into databases and spreadsheets
• Perform data verification to ensure accuracy and completeness of entries
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to organize and manage data effectively
• Collaborate with team members to maintain up-to-date records and support administrative processes
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a detail-oriented manner
• Leverage Salesforce or other CRM systems to streamline data management workflows
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Assist with general office duties and provide exceptional customer service
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance data entry accuracy and efficiency

• Minimum of 1 year of office experience, preferably in data entry or administrative roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Typing speed and accuracy to meet data entry requirements
