Data Entry Clerk

• Enter large volumes of data into internal systems with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize, analyze, and process data effectively
• Maintain and update records to ensure all information is current and accurate
• Handle 10-key data entry tasks efficiently to meet daily productivity goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines
• Identify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity
• Perform routine quality checks on entered data to ensure accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service support by addressing data-related inquiries promptly
• Adapt to learning in-depth internal systems to enhance data input processes

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data management
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and general Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy, including 10-key proficiency
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in customer service is a plus
