Job Responsibility:

Process vehicle titles, lien documents, and supporting paperwork according to established procedures
Organize files and documentation so records are easy to access, track, and audit when needed
Monitor the status of title work and follow up on outstanding items to keep processing moving forward
Verify that all forms and records meet company guidelines and compliance expectations before submission
Prepare documentation packages to ensure required materials are complete and properly formatted
Share timely status updates with internal teams regarding document progress or outstanding requirements
Maintain an orderly workflow by following step-by-step processes consistently in a structured office environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or document processing is preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors or missing information quickly
Ability to follow written instructions and standardized procedures with minimal deviation
