We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and updating accurate records by entering, reviewing, and managing data efficiently. Job Responsibility:
Enter and update data with speed and accuracy into designated systems
Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, making corrections as needed
Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy retrieval
Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity and consistency
Manage and prioritize multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines
Collaborate with team members to clarify information and ensure accuracy
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools to complete tasks efficiently
Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as required
Provide general administrative support related to data management
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
Familiarity with data management tools and office software
