Job Responsibility:
Enter numerical and text-based data into computer systems with precision and efficiency
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data to ensure quality standards are met
Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and maintain data records
Scan and digitize documents for easy access and storage
Perform routine audits of entered data to identify and correct discrepancies
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve workflows
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
Assist in generating reports and summaries based on collected data
Adhere to organizational policies and deadlines for completing tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
Proficiency in typing with a high level of accuracy and speed
Experience with Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
Ability to handle numerical and text-based data efficiently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
