We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support accurate and timely information processing for a team based in San Diego, California. Job Responsibility
Enter and update information in computer-based records with a high degree of speed and accuracy
Review source documents carefully to verify details before adding data to internal systems
Process numeric and text-based entries while maintaining consistent formatting and completeness
Identify missing, unclear, or inconsistent information and escalate issues for correction when needed
Maintain organized digital records so information can be retrieved and audited efficiently
Perform routine quality checks to reduce entry errors and support dependable reporting
Handle assigned data entry tasks within established timelines while meeting productivity expectations
Requirements
Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative support role
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Strong keyboarding and typing skills with the ability to enter information accurately
Experience working with numeric data and maintaining attention to detail
Comfort using computers and standard data entry systems in a structured setting
Ability to manage repetitive tasks while staying focused and precise
Good organizational skills and the ability to follow established procedures
Reliable written and verbal communication skills for clarifying data-related issues
