Data Entry Clerk

• Input data into electronic systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Review and verify information for completeness and compliance with established standards
• Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital records systematically
• Handle sensitive data securely and ensure confidentiality in all tasks
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and operational goals
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to upload and manage records effectively
• Assist with transitioning data into new systems as required
• Perform audits on data entries to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Operate computers and software tools proficiently to complete assigned tasks
• Address discrepancies and resolve data-related issues promptly

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficiency in handling numeric and text-based data entry tasks
• Strong computer operation skills, including familiarity with data entry software
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple files and tasks efficiently
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data processing
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly
