Data Entry Clerk

• Enter and update participant demographic details and contribution files into the recordkeeping system with precision
• Review incoming data for completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
• Conduct regular data validation, audits, and reconciliation to maintain data integrity
• Process transactions such as contributions, loan repayments, rollovers, and distributions following established procedures
• Monitor daily data submissions and collaborate with internal teams or clients to address missing or incorrect information
• Organize and maintain electronic records for compliance and audit purposes
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external employers to resolve data-related issues
• Support special projects, including cleanup efforts, as required
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all regulatory guidelines related to retirement plan data

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Solid typing skills with a focus on accuracy
• Familiarity with retirement plans and payroll files is preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with industry regulations
