Data Entry Clerk

• Enter high volumes of purchase orders and order numbers into Excel and internal systems with precision
• Monitor and accurately track inventory levels to ensure proper documentation
• Process warehouse orders and verify the completeness of all associated records
• Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed
• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry workflows and maintain system accuracy
• Ensure consistent communication with buyers and stakeholders as responsibilities evolve
• Assist in maintaining organized records and reports for operational efficiency
• Participate in training sessions to enhance Excel and system-related skills
• Adapt to new responsibilities as the role transitions into buyer-facing tasks

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Familiarity with internal data systems and tools used for inventory and order tracking
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data accurately
• Excellent written communication skills for clear interaction with buyers and team members
• Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, with a structured schedule
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to evolving responsibilities

Experience in customer service or order management is highly desirable
