Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company systems.
Job Responsibility
Enter, update, and verify data in internal databases and systems
Review documents for accuracy and completeness before processing
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Perform routine data audits and identify discrepancies
Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative support tasks
Communicate with internal teams to clarify or resolve data issues
Requirements
1+ year of data entry, administrative, or office support experience
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
