We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and organized data management. This is a short-term position, ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Job Responsibility:
Input and update data into various systems with a high degree of accuracy
Verify and cross-check information to ensure consistency and correctness
Manage and organize data from multiple sources, ensuring proper documentation
Support technical systems and address minor issues as they arise
Confirm and validate information related to organizations, offices, and agents in designated systems
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data management policies
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives
Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in data
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project guidelines
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or a related role
Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
Proficiency in using data management systems and software
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members
Nice to have:
Familiarity with systems like Agent Book, FlexMLS, and AZ Dept. of Realtors is a plus
