Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and organized data management. This is a short-term position, ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Job Responsibility

  • Input and update data into various systems with a high degree of accuracy
  • Verify and cross-check information to ensure consistency and correctness
  • Manage and organize data from multiple sources, ensuring proper documentation
  • Support technical systems and address minor issues as they arise
  • Confirm and validate information related to organizations, offices, and agents in designated systems
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data management policies
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives
  • Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in data
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry or a related role
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using data management systems and software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members

Nice to have

Familiarity with systems like Agent Book, FlexMLS, and AZ Dept. of Realtors is a plus
