Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Clerk to become a vital member of our team. Located in Tucson, Arizona, this role is within the logistics industry and provides a long-term contract employment opportunity. The main role of this position is to handle customer service interactions, keep detailed data records, and assist in our order entry processes.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately and efficiently input customer credit applications
Ensure the accuracy of customer credit records
Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding service
Regularly check customer accounts and take necessary actions
Guarantee a seamless order entry process with excellent attention to detail
Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to keep and organize data

Requirements:

Proficiency in Data Entry operations
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Experience with Order Entry systems
Excellent customer service skills
