We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. In this role, you will focus on managing and maintaining material master data for the dental business unit, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established policies. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality results.
Job Responsibility:
Process material master data requests with precision, adhering to established policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
Implement changes to master data, including customer, vendor, and material records, ensuring compliance with standards and completeness of requests
Identify and eliminate duplicate entries while performing data cleansing tasks during integration activities
Support the development of workflows, forms, procedures, and work instructions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
Research and resolve data-related issues, contributing to improved data quality and process enhancements
Participate in projects related to master data management, offering insights and solutions to optimize practices
Build strong relationships with branch teams and other departments, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing
Maintain a customer-centric approach, delivering high levels of accuracy and responsiveness
Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data entry processes
Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
Commitment to maintaining data quality and adhering to established policies and standards
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
Two years of experience in a data-related role, ideally with material master experience
Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research, analyze data, and solve complex problems
