Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk / Dispatcher to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong organizational skills, and are committed to delivering accuracy and excellent customer service. Our client is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to help with a backlog billing project with dispatch and/or call center background.

Job Responsibility

  • Enter and update data into company databases and systems efficiently and accurately
  • Manage dispatch operations
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Maintain records and logs related to dispatch activities and data entry tasks
  • Monitor progress of dispatch assignments to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • This person would need to create jobs and input quoted jobs
  • They will need to take jobs that are complete and get them ready to invoice

Requirements

  • Previous experience in data entry or dispatch is an asset
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and database applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
