Our client is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to help with a backlog billing project with dispatch and/or call center background.
Job Responsibility:
Enter and update data into company databases and systems efficiently and accurately
Manage dispatch operations
Communicate effectively with team members
Maintain records and logs related to dispatch activities and data entry tasks
Monitor progress of dispatch assignments to ensure timely completion
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
This person would need to create jobs and input quoted jobs
They will need to take jobs that are complete and get them ready to invoice
Requirements:
Previous experience in data entry or dispatch is an asset
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and database applications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
