Job Description:

Our client, a leading wealth management firm is seeking a Data Entry Admin on a 6+ month contract in Dallas, TX. This is a high-visibility role focused on end-to-end processing of client asset transfers with strong data entry skills, requiring an exceptional eye for detail, speed, and professionalism.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review transfer documentation to ensure all files are complete and accurate prior to submission
  • Initiate and monitor electronic and manual transfer requests
  • Proactively contact firms to resolve issues or respond to blocks/delays that could impact client requests
  • Prepare and distribute daily transfer reports for management tracking
  • Identify opportunities for technology or process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and externally to build professional relationships and ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience with document management/data entry in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional accuracy, speed, and attention to detail—must display a commitment to error-free work
  • Highly professional verbal and written communication skills
  • must be able to correspond with internal and external partners via email and phone in a polished, service-oriented manner
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
