We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Data Entry/Admin Assistant/Accounting Clerk in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and accounting functions within a legal environment. Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately input invoices, receipts, and financial data into accounting systems
  • Assist with tracking expense reports and reimbursement processes
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files for accounting and billing purposes
  • Support accounts payable and receivable tasks as directed by management
  • Ensure proper filing, labeling, and retrieval of documents following established procedures
  • Scan, digitize, and securely store sensitive documents electronically
  • Perform routine clerical tasks such as photocopying, mailing, and document preparation
  • Cover front desk responsibilities as needed, ensuring courteous interaction
  • Assist with daily coffee preparation and light kitchen organization
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and legal information at all times

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a law office or a detail-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in file management and data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with accounting or expense tracking systems such as QuickBooks is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and reliability
