Job Responsibility:
Accurately input invoices, receipts, and financial data into accounting systems
Assist with tracking expense reports and reimbursement processes
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files for accounting and billing purposes
Support accounts payable and receivable tasks as directed by management
Ensure proper filing, labeling, and retrieval of documents following established procedures
Scan, digitize, and securely store sensitive documents electronically
Perform routine clerical tasks such as photocopying, mailing, and document preparation
Cover front desk responsibilities as needed, ensuring courteous interaction
Assist with daily coffee preparation and light kitchen organization
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and legal information at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a law office or a detail-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in file management and data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Familiarity with accounting or expense tracking systems such as QuickBooks is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and reliability
