Job Responsibility:
Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
Enter and maintain accounting-related information within internal systems
Review data for errors or discrepancies and resolve as needed
Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Maintain organized records and documentation
Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Support the accounting team with various projects during the contract period
Requirements:
Previous data entry or accounting support experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and accounting systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
