Robert Half is partnering with a company in North Phoenix for an ongoing opportunity – where they are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Accounting Support Specialist to join their team on a 7-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Enter and maintain accounting-related information within internal systems
  • Review data for errors or discrepancies and resolve as needed
  • Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Support the accounting team with various projects during the contract period

Requirements:

  • Previous data entry or accounting support experience preferred
