Job Responsibility

  • Assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines to extract, transform and load data from various sources
  • Helping with data warehousing and data modelling activities
  • Participating in the creation of data-driven solutions to support business needs
  • Collaborating with data scientists, business analysts and software engineers to understand and implement data requirements
  • Implementing data quality and data governance processes
  • Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback
  • Staying up to date with the latest developments in data engineering technologies and best practices

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for Data: A strong interest in data and technology, and a desire to learn and grow as a data engineer
